1. Scope of Service
This Policy applies to all orders placed on the TimelyMart Platform for delivery within [CHENNAI, BANGALORE, HYDERABAD & more)
TimelyMart operates as a general merchandise marketplace, offering products across diverse categories, including but not limited to:

2. Delivery Model
  • Direct Partner Deliveries: All deliveries are handled by TimelyMart’s own dedicated delivery partners, without the involvement of third-party logistics providers.
  • Store Pickup Model: Orders are collected by our delivery partners directly from the respective vendor/store listed on TimelyMart and delivered to the customer’s address.
  • Real-Time Tracking: Customers may track their order in real time via the TimelyMart app or website.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • Free delivery may be offered on orders above a specified minimum value, as determined from time to time.
  • Certain heavy or oversized items may attract additional delivery charges, notified before order confirmation.

4. Delivery Timelines
  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the product page and at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, customer location, and vendor processing time.
  • Same-Day / Express Delivery services may be available in select locations.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, operational constraints) will be communicated promptly to the customer.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Dispatch occurs directly from the respective vendor/store through TimelyMart’s delivery partner network.
  • Multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately if sourced from different vendors.

6. Address & Delivery Attempts
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
  • If the delivery partner is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other reasons, re-delivery may be attempted.
  • Orders may be canceled or returned to origin if repeated delivery attempts fail.

7. Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Customers may be required to sign or provide a One-Time Password (OTP) as proof of successful delivery.
  • In the case of contactless delivery, the delivery partner will confirm delivery with photographic evidence or digital acknowledgment.

8. Delivery Restrictions
  • Delivery is subject to area serviceability.
  • Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, fragile items, restricted items) may be available only in specific locations.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
