Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policies

This Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of TimelyMart Private Limited (“TimelyMart”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By placing an order on our Platform (website and/or mobile application), You (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Order Cancellations
1.1. Cancellation by Customer (Before Dispatch)
Orders may be cancelled by You at any time before the Product is packed for dispatch, without any charge.
Cancellations can be made via:
a) The “My Orders” section of the TimelyMart app or website;
b) Customer care helpline; or
c) Email request to our support team.
If prepaid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
1.2. Cancellation by Customer (After Dispatch)
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
You may, however, refuse delivery at the doorstep. In such cases, the refund will be initiated after the Product is returned to our warehouse and passes quality checks.
1.3. Cancellation by TimelyMart
TimelyMart reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock or discontinued;
Inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by You;
Payment fraud detected or suspected;
Technical errors in pricing or product information.
In such cases, We will notify You and issue a full refund for any prepaid amount.

2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1. Eligible Products
We accept returns or exchanges for Products that meet all of the following conditions:
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition;
Product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and freebies intact;
Product return is requested within 7 days of delivery (unless a different return period is specified on the product page).
2.2. Non-Returnable Products
For safety, hygiene, and perishable nature, the following categories are non-returnable unless the item is received in a defective or damaged condition:
Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, and frozen food items;
Personal care, cosmetics, and hygiene products (e.g., razors, toothbrushes, sanitary products);
Opened food and beverage items;
Gift cards and digital products.
2.3. Return Process
Initiate a return request via the TimelyMart app or customer care within the specified return period.
Our team will schedule a reverse pick-up or request You to self-ship the Product to our warehouse.
All returns are subject to quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.
If the Product fails quality inspection, it will be returned to You without refund.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
3.1. Reporting Issues
If You receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or different from what You ordered, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographic or video evidence showing the defect or mismatch.
3.2. Resolution Options
Replacement: We will ship the same Product (if available) at no extra cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not possible, We will process a full refund.

4. Refund Policy
4.1. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, except in cases where the original method is unavailable, in which case store credit or an alternative method will be offered.
4.2. Refund Timeline
Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days after quality check approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days.
4.3. Deductions
For returns due to reasons other than defects or damage, shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
In cases where the reverse pick-up incurs additional costs (remote locations), such costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Special Provisions
5.1. Bulk Orders
Bulk or wholesale orders are non-returnable unless there is a proven quality defect.
5.2. Festive/Seasonal Sales
Items purchased during special sales or clearance events may not be eligible for return or may have a shorter return window, as specified on the product page.
